1. The service

CoverCraft is an AI writing tool that generates and critiques cover letters based on the information you provide. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of everything you submit and everything you send to an employer.
• You may not use the service to generate fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or spam content.
• You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, or interfere with the service.

3. AI output disclaimer

Letters are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, invented-sounding phrasing, or facts that do not apply to you. Before sending any letter, review it yourself and replace any placeholder or uncertain detail with your own verified information. CoverCraft is not responsible for outcomes of your job applications or for content you send based on our output.

4. Payments, keys and refunds

Pro access is a one-time purchase of an activation key — there is no subscription. Keys are delivered electronically after payment. Because keys are digital goods, refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the service is defective; contact support@ersi2026.top with your order details.

5. Intellectual property

You own the letters you generate and may use them however you like. The CoverCraft site, design, and code remain our property and may not be copied or resold.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities or rejected applications.
